Awarding Your Listing To The Right Realtor®
Should you make the decision to list your home with a qualified Realtor®, make sure to interview several. If you know someone who has been used in selling homes in your neighborhood, and feel you lack the experience to do the job yourself, consider someone who does specialize in what you need done. Get referrals fom friends and associates; visit local Real Estate offices and open houses. Look for the SOLD signs around and find out who is best suited for the job. Once you have your list, interview them and select the best qualified person for the job.
The following are some questions you may want to ask during your interview:
? Realtor's name and affiliated Real Estate company.
? Is the Real Estate company nationally recognized.
? Is the agent working full-time as a Realtor®.
? Does the Real State company have a national relocation program.
? Does this person seem like the kind of person you could work with.
